Organic Split Green Lentils

Description

Split Green Lentils from Deruyck’s Top of the Hill Farm.  This batch of french green lentils have been split in half, making for an exceptionally quick cooking lentil – soups and curries in 15 minutes!!

Certified organic, grown in Manitoba by Patty and Andrew Harris, and cleaned and milled near Treherne Manitoba.  Because Top of the Hill Farm also processes wheat, there is a chance of gluten contamination with this product.  Contamination would be trace (from residual wheat dust in seed cleaning equipment, augers, etc.), but for those with celiacs or severe gluten intolerance, this item would not be recommended.
