Seasoning Bundle

Description

Give your Winter CSA a dash of flavour!  Storing veggies through our long Manitoba winters is no easy feat, and these herb/veggie powders are a unique way of adding local flavours to your winter meals.  A seasoning bundle includes three 45g jar of sea salt blends with dehydrated herbs/veggies.

Atom grows, dehydrates, and blends enticing mixes of dehydrated veggies/herbs and mushrooms on his farm, 7am Farm, near Ethelbert Manitoba.   All ingredients are organic, grown on his farm with no-till hand-worked growing methods.  I have been adding these seasonings to all my soups and sauces since last winter, and now my spice rack would feel very empty without them!!

Soup Mix infused Sea Salt
Ingredients: Unprocessed sea salt infused with mushroom, onion, celery, parsley, carrot tops, winter savory, garlic.

Ingredients: Roasted pumpkin, coconut sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, star anise, clove, vanilla
