Some of the herbs that you can anticipate seeing in the blends include: spearmint, skillcap, lemon balm, chamomile, california poppy, cornflower, gotu kola, tulsi, ashwagandha root, mullein, marshmallow leaf, hyssop, milky oats, and elecampane.

These herbs will be provided in bulk, so you will need to bring jars (three 1 cup containers) to bring them home with you.
