Whole Hemp Seeds (1lb/450g)

Organic Hemp Seeds!  We included hemp seeds in the bundles waaaaay back in 2019, and they were a bit of an odd-ball, but since then, i’ve learned to use them in all sorts of creative ways, and i’m excited to be able to have them return in this year’s bundles.  Grown and processed by River Valley Farm in Manitoba.  These aren’t the hemp hearts that are more commonly found on grocery store shelves.  They are the whole hemp seed, so includes the shell, which makes them much more shelf stable and less susceptible to rancidity.  They are lightly roasted, and have a wonderful crunch.  I love adding them to chocolate chip cookies, or sprinkled over my morning oatmeal.
